Service Policies

These Service Policies apply to private sessions, packages, programs, workshops, digital products, and events unless an offer page states otherwise.

1) Payments

Payment is required to reserve your session or spot unless otherwise stated. If payment plans are offered, payments must remain current to keep access and scheduling privileges.

2) Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may result in a $50 late fee.

No shows may be charged the full session rate and may not be rescheduled.

If TriEssence must reschedule, you will be offered a new time or an appropriate credit.

3) Refunds

Unless a specific offer states otherwise:

1:1 sessions are non refundable once delivered.

Programs and workshops are non refundable after the start date or after access is granted to digital materials (including recordings, downloads, portals, or private links).

If a refund exception is made, third party processing fees may be deducted.

4) Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients. Late arrival does not guarantee a full time extension.

5) Workshops, Groups, and Recordings

If an event is recorded, your participation may appear on the recording. If you prefer not to be shown, you can keep your camera off and use a display name. If an event is not recorded, it will be stated on the event page.

6) Client Conduct

TriEssence is a respectful space. Harassment, hate speech, disruptive behavior, or repeated boundary violations may result in removal from a program, event, or community space without refund.

7) Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for your wellbeing. If any practice feels unsafe, stop immediately and seek appropriate professional support.

Health and Wellness Disclaimer

TriEssence provides coaching, education, and energetic practices intended to support wellbeing. TriEssence does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and our services do not replace licensed professional support.
