The CARE Pathway is a dedicated weekly integration program built around one shared foundation and three possible tracks:

Everyone begins with Compassionate Awareness, Acceptance, Reconnection, and Embodiment. From there, we discern which CARE track best fits what is actually needed.

This package includes weekly support, tailored practices, supportive resources, and an integration review to determine next steps.

Supportive resources may include affirmations, journaling prompts, meditation practices, self-acupressure guidance, gemstones, teas, herbs, or other tools selected for your path.
