Workshop: The Presence Reset

By registering and purchasing access to this workshop, you agree to the following:
1) Registration and Access
Your registration is confirmed once your form submission and payment are successfully completed. If the workshop includes a live online option, access details will be delivered to the email you provide. Online sessions are hosted via Zoom.
2) Payment and Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are offered.
If you are unable to attend, you may email us at [email protected] to request a transfer to another person or a future date, when available. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on capacity and timing.
3) Changes or Cancellations by the Host
We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel the event, you will receive the option of either:
a full refund of the amount paid, or transfer of your registration to the rescheduled date.
4) Personal Responsibility and Wellness Notice
This workshop is offered for educational and personal growth purposes only. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during and after the workshop. If you have questions or concerns about your health, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.
5) No Guaranteed Outcomes
We do not guarantee any specific results. Each participant’s experience is unique.
6) Respectful Participation
To maintain a safe and supportive space, you agree to participate respectfully and avoid disruptive, harmful, or harassing behavior. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these expectations. Removal for misconduct may occur without refund.
7) Confidentiality
We ask that all participants honor confidentiality. You may share your own experience, but you agree not to share identifiable personal details or stories shared by other participants outside the workshop space.
8) Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, including exercises, handouts, slides, guided practices, recordings, and written content, are the intellectual property of the host and are provided for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, record, or sell any portion of the workshop or materials without written permission.
9) Recording Notice, Consent, and Access
This workshop will be recorded on Zoom. By registering, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your voice, image, name, and/or written contributions (including chat messages, questions, or shares) may be captured in the recording, depending on how you participate.
Participants may not record any portion of the workshop (audio, video, or screen capture).
The recording will be made available inside Vessel to individuals who subscribe to the community membership (the “Membership”). Access to the recording may require an active Membership.
Membership recording access terms:
If you are not an active member, you may not be able to view the recording, even if you attended live.
If your Membership ends, your access to recordings provided through the Membership may end as well.
We may update, relocate, or remove recordings within the Membership space at our discretion.
Participation choice: If you prefer not to appear in the recording, you may keep your camera off, use only your first name, and limit what you share aloud or in the chat. If you have concerns, contact [email protected] before the workshop and we will do our best to offer a reasonable option, though complete removal from recordings cannot be guaranteed.
Marketing use: If we ever wish to use any identifiable portion of the recording for public marketing, we will request separate written permission from the participant(s) involved.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the workshop.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
